My Fitness Diary :)

So this is my first post, I think I am going to start with stating my goals which are :
To be generally more active/healthy and happy inside and out!
To do this I aim to :
Go to the gym
at least
twice a week
Eat a healthy balanced diet
Bike more, rather than walk
Weight 8 stone by November (current weight - 8 stone 7lbs.)
And to post my progress on here! :)
