So this is my first post, I think I am going to start with stating my goals which  are :

  • To be generally more active/healthy and happy inside and out!
          To do this I aim to :
  • Go to the gym at least twice a week
  • Eat a healthy balanced diet
  • Bike more, rather than walk
  • Weight 8 stone by November (current weight - 8 stone 7lbs.)
And to post my progress on here! :)
