Ok, so I went to the induction at my local gym today, but I think it's a bit far away for me to get to, to commit to paying a 12 month contract, instead I am going to go to another local gym tomorrow to have a look at joining there, and it is only a 2 minute bike ride away. Once I have chosen my gym I can get into my fitness regime properly! It's now 16.33 and I am getting a bit hungry, but I am waiting until around 6 oclock to start making my dinner, I should really buy some apples for snacking! But I'd rather just not snack at all :)
I think once I get back to uni It will take my mind of food a bit, as I will be busy during the day!
Tip Of the day
When feeling like binging out on fatty food, look at old pictures of yourself, and remember why you are doing this !
