Food eaten :
Breakfast - slimfast
Lunch - half a jacket potato,with salad, & a table spoon of chicken & pasta (sounds more than it was!)
Dinner - haddock fillet,salad and cous cous
Ooooops -
Three slices of my house mates choritzo! :\
Exercise
An hour at gym.
Its now 20.17 and I feel really full and bloated, and fat, maybe its just psychological, because I feel bad because I ate the choritzo lol and it really doesn't matter because I have still eaten around my 1000 calories a day AND burned off 300 calories at gym. Im not sure why I feel so full, I feel like I should be feeling more hungry than this. Hmmm. Also, I weighed myself on the gym scales today and it said 8 stone, but surely that can not be right, I don't feel 8 stone, and my scales at home say 8stone 7. I think I will stick to these, and stop loosing weight when I get to 8 stone. its not even about loosing weight anymore really, I just want slimmer thighs and a smaller bum, but to do this I need to loose weight, and do the right exercises at gym.I feel a bit crap today, can't pick a nice dress to wear for my birthday party on Saturday, and feel fat in all of them!!
